Nicaragua: Rental in Las Penitas June 2016:

I'm traveling with my daughter (17) and our 2 small dogs (10 & 15 pounds) and would like to rent a small place with 1 or 2 bedrooms from June4-Aug1 2016 in Las Penitas. I'm just a little concerned the dogs will prohibit us from being successful in finding a place. I would like to keep it $300 mo or lower. Anyone know of the best way to find a place or know someone? Thanks for your help.
