Mexico: Driving Safety in Mexico:

Hi All, We are coming to Mexico in May to look at possibly moving near the Tulum area in a couple of years. We are beginning our trip in Belize and planning on driving up the coastline from Corazal, Belize. We have concerns about the safety of driving by ourselves; can anyone share information on the safety of our idea? Thanks so much!!!

Belize: White sandy beaches?:

Hello All, We are coming to Belize in May to explore the possibility of moving there in a couple of years. Can someone please let us know if there are any white sandy beaches, (natural - not man made), that are on the coastline of Belize? In the research we've done so far, it appears that the only area to find a real sandy beach where one can walk into the water is on the Cayes.

Honduras: Thatched hut living:

Hello Expats! We are looking at several places to move in about 3 years - possibly Roatan! We will be starting to visit each place in 2017 and explore the areas with a realistic viewpoint. We are trying to stay at places that offer super rustic living, not resorts. Can you please let us know of any thatched hut places to lease that are not resort oriented? Thanks!!! Kelly
