MY friend in PC had her internet cut off since she did not pay the bill - it seems she needs to pay in person which at times can be problematic. Is there not a way to pay online or any other method that is NOT in person? Can one pay a few months upfront? When I lived in Brazil all my "servicios" needed to be paid at a local bank and partial payments were not accepted.
