Scotland: Thinking of Moving to Scotland:

Greetings everyone! This is the problem I'm facing. I'm a U.S. citizen, and medically disabled, but desperately want to move to Scotland. There's possible work as a nanny for me there, but what to do after that 6 mon. Work Visa runs out? I don't want to be a burden to the system; but to be quite honest- if the President's name starts with a "T".......I question whether or not I want to return....... My thanks for any and all help given- goddess
