El Salvador: kimchi:
There is a Korean restaurant in Antiguo Cuscatlán. Pretty good food. They serve kimchi and have some imported groceries up front. The may have kimchi in jars but you should be able to buy fresh too.
As for organic, try mercadito. They have a Facebook page and alternate locations week to week. Oil is there for sure. Flour you can often find in the Mercado but just have to ask around.

El Salvador: Very unimpressed with El Salvador:
Before you go, me lo da un cora? Enjoy the food prices in Costa Rica btw.
El Salvador: Residency Requirements:
I work in the states and live in El Salvador. I travel back and forth twice a month. Yes you can leave when in the process.
