Bahamas: Moving to Nassau - Help.:

Hi, I am moving to Nassau in August and I would really appreciate if I could get some information / advice for the following: - My work is near Montague Beach, I will be initially living alone and don't plan to drive there so what is the best and Safest location out there for me and estimated rental. - Regarding the custom duties - so If I am bringing in three four suitcases with me - I have to pay duty on everything even though much of the stuff will be old and used - how would its value be determined?
