Not sure how well I'll do, but I appreciate you sharing the resource!

Is this something that is still going on?

United States: teaching jobs:
Is it one of those teaching english gigs or something else?
United Kingdom: Ship My US Car or Buy One in the UK?:
You'll definitely have to address the harmonization issue (the right/left driving part) and possibly the engine displacement, depending on how much it is. That could add significantly to the total cost so try to get an idea what that will be in addition. I've called these guys before https://www.a1autotransport.com/ship-car-to-uk-united-kingdom.php just to get a cost estimate and they had no problem with that. Might be worth a look.
United Kingdom: Moving Companies:
You might consider shipping everything and making the trip with your cats. If you don't have much, it's not worth it to hire a moving company. I've used one of those boxes you pack and leave out that gets picked up before. That worked out pretty well.
United Arab Emirates: Cell phones in Dubai:
Is this still accurate as far as you know?
