Moldova: Returning to Moldova:

Hello my name is Evelina, I was born in Moldova and moved to America when I was three. I've returned to Chisinau to visit 10 times or so and even attended school in the 6th and 9th grade. It's been quite a few years since my last visit as I have been focusing on college and work. I would like to move back full time. I speak Russian with relative fluency and can read in Russian. My writing I will need to brush up on and will probably seek tutoring of some sort or a class after returning. Does anyone have any recommendations on jobs for English speakers? I see there are many teaching positions but I am not TESOL/TEFL certified. I hold an Associate's Degree and Pharmacy Technician Degree. Does Chisinau have any English student/expat groups or meetups? I would love to make some local English speaking connections before returning. I plan to have everything settled by August but may be able to move as soon as next month depending on the need.
