Fiji: Advise needed for relocation:

Hi, hope someone can help me. We're south africans with 2 kids. A company contacted my husband today with a job offer for fiji. This was never really in our scope and so I know nothing about fiji and the info on the net is all tourist-related. I would like to know what you would think a family should earn per month/year? Is there any expat schools in fiji? Please, anything and everything will be appreciated. We lived in saudi arabia for 2 years and loved it, a but have got no idea what to expect from living in fiji.
