Pakistan: HELP! Urgently need birth records Pakistan:

Hi, I just wanted to reach out to some of the expats on here to see if you have any information! I was born in Pakistan but I am not a Pakistani national/citizen. I am looking for contact information for the Union Council in Rawalpindi to get a letter regarding my birth records. The problem is that I live in the US and I have no ties/contacts in Pakistan. Also some phone numbers are listed for Union Council members BUT NO ONE PICKS UP. If there is someone out there who has information or who can refer me to the right person to contact the Union Council, I would REALLY appreciate it. This is a time sensitive matter and hope I can find someone who has the answer. Thank you!!
