Ivory Coast: Working as midwife in CI:

I have recently spent almost 2 years in CI working as a midwife and loved it. I was in a fairly isolated rural area wiorking with a humanitarian organisation at the time. However I miss the life and people there very much and would love to work again as a sage femme - is there any possibility for an expat to work in this type of work in CI? I have many years of experience as a clinician and an educator. I am Anglophile but can get by in French
