Ukraine: Kiev Working/Living for Expat Families:

Greetings: We are considering teaching positions in Kiev (private international school in the green zone). Can anyone give feedback on: 1. Banking - you get paid then how do you get that money from Ukraine to the US? 2. Taxes - what is the income tax rate in Ukraine? 3. What is the going rate for employing an English speaking tutor or domestic (basically this person would be a babysitter but must be dependable, etc.? 4, Any recommendations on areas that have affordable housing and public transport to and from the "green zone" ? Thank you.
