Jamaica: Condos/Hotel apartments for sale:

Does anyone know of a real estate agents (besides Sangsters) selling reaonably priced condos or apartments (gated community) in the range of US $80 000- $100 000, i am looking for Ochio Rios or Montego Bay area. [Young family - 30's] interested to move from the UK, but would like a base from which we can initially experience life in Jamaica (outside the artificial holiday context) and see if we like it.
