Just by way of introduction, my name is Steve and I am moving to a house near Veliko Tarnovo next month. My main car route to Bulgaria has been via Romania, but I want to start going via Serbia. I just want to understand the process for entering Bulgaria from Serbia with dogs. Please assume that I have EU pet passports and blood tests. Many thanks in advance.
