Morocco: Problems with land lady:

I'm still having problems does any one know an English speaking huissier de justice, my land lady started my rent at 8,000 and over several months after Brexit agreed to drop rent to 7,000 now because she has a buyer and wants me out quickly although I still have 2 months left on my contract, and because I'm in England working and can't move out quickly she s told me I have to put my rent back up to the full amount help plse

I have a 12 month contract in marrakesh to stay in an apartment, the lady who owns it is saying she wants to now sell the apartment my contract ends 1/6/17 I have friends coming to stay in May but she says I must leave before then as her buyer wants to move by 1 April she says she only has to give 2 months notice, but I've had nothing in writing, I'm in England and my flight is booked to go back 3 may, how do I stand all my things are in the apartment and all my furniture.
