Israel: Public health with expat health insurance:

Dear readers, I am wondering how the health insurance system works in Israel, for those who have an International expat insurance. I am hoping to become a resident through finding work and a work visa; would I then have to get one of the four local health insurances on top of my expat one, or is the expat insurance alone accepted by the state?
