Dominican Republic: Moving to Punta Cana:

We need info on Punta Cana rentals. We are thinking on moving to Punta Cana area, Bavaro, and need some inputs on rentals, for short and long tern m lease. We need a 1 bedroom all furnished with electricity and WIFI included, until we decide to stay. After we will need a two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We need area and price per month if possible in a secure area, aND walking distance to shopping centre if possible. We are from Quebec Canada and need warm winters and good place to retire. I am 66 years old, my wife is 63 and both in very good health. But would require something on ground floor or with elevetors. Thank you in advance Guy
