I want to buy an old van in Bulgaria but I have no residency or company which I can use. I'm wondering how common it is for cars to be sold without changing the registration and it's kept in the name of the old owner to save money? Can I buy a van with the previous owners reg. card and use that to insure the vehicle, and then if needed leave the country within 14 days without problems? Thanks PS if this won't work I would be grateful if there's anyone who has a company or such which I could register to!
