Ireland: Citizenship through foreign births registry?:

I applied for FBR through the Boston consulate in March but haven't heard anything, I emailed the consulate asking if they received all the documentation but they did't reply. Does anyone know if they ever reach out to you? I'm like overly paranoid that they didn't receive my documents even though I fedexed them and got a confirmation it was delivered. So do they just not respond until they either approve or deny your registration?
