Hi, As an american citizen holding a US driving licence, I wonder if I can simply exchange my licence with a dutch licence without taking tests? If I can't exchange then Can I take practical driving test with an automatic transmission car? Thanks,

Hello All, I have arrived Amsterdam couple of days ago and will be part of working expat family in Amsterdam. As experienced expats know very well, first month is always hectic and caotic and most people come across similar settling problems. at this point, I wonder which GSM operator (Vodafone, KPN?) offers quality service at a reasonable price?
