elRehab is a really safe place , no need to worry about your safety and there are alot of forigners living there , there is also alot of big Gardens , club and many resturants you would enjoy your stay there and for your transportations use Uber or Careem

for sure he is using you , you have a place and money for him , he doesn`t have to spend pinny for food ,rent or anything else & in the right time he would leave you for another girl

if you are interested to work in Egypt as a dentist then contact hospitals that you might be working for , don`t try to open your own clinic because it won`t work . and make sure that the hospital would rent an apartment for you in a good place preferably close to work

i hope that u didn`t leave the States because there aren`t much oppurtunities for nurses here unless you wanna work as an english teacher but you won`t have a real good salary unless you give private lessons
