kikipt I believe your acessment of the current situation is right in point. There is an additional factor to the equation which I also believe has great influence and that is the money expat communities contribute to the Mexican economy on a local and national basis. I would imagine it is considerable and the loss of this revenu will certainly be taken into consideration.
