Panama: 3 month car rental/purchase option:

I am looking for a 3 month car rental from end of January 2017 until end of April 2017 in the Coronado- Rio Hato area. Preference would be a mid sized SUV. Would also consider to buy one later on in 2017. Any help or suggestions for a rental/purchase deal for a used one? Thanks

Panama: Living in Tucan Golf Community:

I visited the Pacific coast in order to relocate by the end of the year and liked some of the communities like Vista Mar, Casamar, Buenaventura and Coronado. I saw that next to PC there is also a golf community called Tucan Golf. I wonder if someone could tell me something both on the quality of the course as well as how the community is for living. Are the members locals or expats, is there still a lot of building going on, prices for renting ? Thanks
