Ecuador Welcome Forum: Manta Accommodations:

I will be traveling to Manta November 22nd Thru the 28th. I am considering opening a pizzeria and I need special accommodations. I need a place that would allow me to conduct a food tasting for my menu. I would need a kitchen with basic equipment including a KitchenAid style stand mixer. I would need an area at least large enough to host 10 or 20 tasters for about an hour. It would be great if this kitchen was in a location that could also house me for the week I'll be there. I am not at all particular about my personal accommodations. Either a rental unit with a kitchen as I have described or a room in someone's house that would allow me to use their kitchen and common area for my tasting. I'm trying to keep my accommodations budget to around $500 for the week.

Ecuador Welcome Forum: New Pizza Place:

I am making an exploratory trip late 2016/early 2017 with the hopes of expatriating myself from the US. I have been an entrepreneur my entire life and from 1993 to 2013 I owned and operated a pizzeria. Can anyone suggest an area on the coast that needs an authentic Italian pizzeria? It can be a tourist destination or an area with enough year round population to support a restaurant. I speak elementary Spanish but am studying to become more fluent. Thanks for you consideration!
