JW, Sorry to hear about your taxi experience in PC. We have used taxi there many times with no problem. We are never out late. We usually have and early dinner and get back to the hotel early evening before 8:00 PM. The other difference we pick up a cab anywhere off the street with no problems and have done so many time. Glad you got back home safe after your experience here in Panama.

Well, we having been looking at the area using earth view in addition to street view. Maybe an area on the edge of Armenia or outside but i am thinking not in a valley if possible so we get the best weather if that is correct thinking. You will have to ask.
