Yes, Santa Cruz area of Bolivia. You wanted to know an area like you are in, Guatemala. I also have a service dog who dislikes any fireworks. I don't think I would call it extort. I would call it fairness. Huge profit margins, etc. After-all a persons' labor is what would make or break any company. Replace the decision maker type CEO, in 5 minutes or less. Replace a workforce, now that's hard.
