Saudi Arabia: Job offer from Aramco Trading company:

Dear friend I have got job offer from aramco trading for analyst role in commercial trading. I have 13 years of work experience with Graduate and MBA degree, however they offered me with 21500 SR (5600 usd)including housing allowance. Just wanted to know that is it good offer or will they revise this offer? i have rejected their offer since I am getting similar perk over here in India. What are the chances and what are things need to see in the offer, basic salary, travel allowance, housing allowance, performance bonus....... shall they consider to give housing for family apart from housing bonus?
