My husband and I loved our stay in Placencia at www.caribbeanbeachcabanas.com We paid $130 during low season. They are putting in a pool now, so prices have increased. It was an EXCELLENT location!!

Belize: ISO Owner Financing:

Hello, My husband and I are looking for waterfront with owner financing. We like AC, CC, Corozal & Stann-Creek (near Hopkins or Placencia). Does anyone know of a river or ocean front lot where the owner is willing to accept $25,000 down and carry the balance? We can't afford more the $160,000 total. Thanks, in advance, for your time.

Belize: Property on AC? NORTH?:

We're looking at an investment spot near Robles Point, very northern area on Ambergris Caye. The dirt road currently ends 1.5 miles from the property. We've been creeping this forum for about 2 years, & we've learned a lot! Would welcome ANY thoughts/opinions from individuals that have (in the past) or are (currently) residing on the island.
