Honduras: Moving from Canada...:

So I'm getting ready to move to Roatan Nov/Dec time frame. I'm seeing different posts about requirements and wanted to make sure I do whatever I need to do here before going. A couple of posts say I need to go to the Embassy here in Canada first, but others say that isn't needed??? Anyone on here that has gone through the process or knows someone that has? Thanks all!
