Costa Rica: Why investors are not coming to C.R. ??:

since July last year, and probably more, our country has been paused for investor visitors, but tourism is increasing more than many years past. I think the brand new investors are covered, they have another needs, probably to live a simple life and avoid the bureaucracy, or they fount that small and tiny projects are profitable as big hotels and condos.
