Algeria: Why is it so difficult to marry my Algerian?:

Hello everyone. I am an American woman who wants to marry my Algerian man, but every turn is an obstacle. It is incredibly hard to get the right information. I am hearing that I need to bring a birth certificate which is less than 20 days old!!. By the time you actually get to Algeria, it could be more than 20 days. The problems goes on and on. I hope to go to Tunisia to marry because I heard that the process is easier, but so much red tape.
