Hello Roatan! We are a couple in California planning to visit Roatan for 2 weeks, then come back in a year for a 6-12 month stay. For the extended stay, we know we need a return, or continuing on, ticket. Certainly some of you started out this way. Please share your experience and any helpful advise for a smooth transition through the process. Thank you for any advise!

Belize: Ambergris Caye looks like tight quarters from the air...is it?:

We are looking to retire in the Caribbean, and AC is on the top of our list of places to check out. We have been reading, reading, reading, and plan to visit in 2017. Today I watched a video shot from a drone which flew over San Pedro, south to the airstrip, and near the bridge. The buildings appear to be back to back to back. Is it as crowded as the aerial views make it seem?
