Croatia: What makes Croatia special?:

I would love to hear more. I am seeking a retirement destination. To live on my social security widow benefits as i delve into my writing career fulltime. I have considered Belize, but am a tad reticent as it seems so very popular. Then i wonder about Costa Rica too. Any thoughts are welcomed. Also would love a real estate connection in Croatia to pursue long term rentals. Thanks all!

Hello there. .I have multi questions on this topic... 1) what does "locked' or "unlocked" phones mean? 2) i have a android Metro PCS, (no crazy love here) what phone do you recommend? 3) If phone service is so costly, how do you access the internet?
