Jamaica: Moving from the U.S. to Jamaica:

Hello everyone, my sister and I plan on moving to Jamaica at the beginning of 2017. I live there for 2 years in the early 90's and haven't been there since. I would like to find a job and residence somewhere in or near Ocho Rios. I have been doing telecommunications work/network administration/structured cabling work and A/V installations for years. I would like to find a company to work for down there but havent the slightest idea of where to start my search. If any of you guys out there have any helpful info or advice I would appreciate it. If you know of any companies that would consider relocating me from the states please let me know and I will send my resume and all contact info.
