Argentina: Buy apartment in Buenos Aires:
Hi, a client of mine has an apartment on Godoy Cruz 3100, in Palermo. One-bedroom fully-furnished which we use for temporary rentals... don't know what your budget is, but this one is up for U$ 140K. Optionally, my company assists in the purchase and sale of real estate in Buenos Aires. Regards, Maximiliano Götz, My Argentina home
Argentina: Selling Apt as Foreigner:
hi, if you're still in the market to sell your home and need assistance, let me know... we're a full-service firm and work primarily with foreigners looking to buy or sell property.
It is true that in the last few years new laws have come out making foreigners jump over a few more hoops to sell their place... one of them being needing a special proxy... in any event, we'll be happy to help if we can. Max Götz, My Argentina home.
Argentina: Moving to Argentina:
I myself am partial to Miramar, some 40 minutes south of Mar del Plata... but I have to agree with what was said about living in Buenos Aires and going every so often to the beach... most of our seaside towns are sleepy, smaller towns which come alive during the summer (save Mar del Plata)... if I can be of any help, our firm does full-service real estate specializing in expatriates. Regards and good luck! Max Götz, My Argentina home
