Hello, I came to ur msg by chance ...Well, I live in Kuwait with my wife and 2 boys (2 years old & 4 years old).Some of my answers to ur questios 1- life is very safe here 2-There are pediatricians but rarely u can find highly specialised doctors 3- U can dress moderately short skirts(slightly above knees-2-3 inches) with sleaveless shirt (but not very revealing) Pls do nt hesitate for any further inquiry...
