Thank you for the shared concern. Considering that I will likely be loosing significant money on the property I don't believe I will have a tax concern. Not necessarily meant to be a 1031, but may qualify on my end, just looking to trade. Not concerned either way. Our concern is w accommodating our children and grandchildren serving abandoned/abused children as missionaries in Guatemala. Looking for property for us and them to use for family time/R&R/outings for children served. Love weighs much more than gold.
