Romania: recently moved to Romania Business vs getting an employment in romania:

Dear all, I have recently married a romanian girl and I've moved to Romania for good. My major experience is in logistics ,I speak 3 languages English , French, Lebanese + willing to learn Romanian I have found difficulties communicating with the locals in English or french despite the fact that those two languages are the main Eu language, so I have decided to study romanian. To sum up, I wonder if I can find an employment here with my 6 years logistics-importexport experience or I shall open my own business, any idea ?? Thank you for your consideration
