Hi My name is David, my partner Annie and I live full time in Bulgaria in the Kardzhali region, we moved here permanently in 2009. We have 8 rescue cats, 2 dogs from the UK, 10 ducks and 2 chickens :-) We offer any and all assistance to ex pats needing help with documentation, buying or renovating property, monthly maintenance and gardening service for holiday lets etc, bill paying, airport transfers, you name it we can probably help with it (yes) We look forward to hearing from you even if you just want to say Hello :-) and connect to someone locally. Hi Just saw your post :-) I have managed several re-builds in the Kardzhali area which is not far from Assenvograd and if you need someone to project manage for you I am your man :-) I have a variety of construction contacts in the surrounding area and would be able to assist with both the demolition and probably the new build.
