France: Looking to move with Family:

Hi! I'm looking to gather information on moving to France with my family. It would be myself, my husband, my two children ages 3 and 4, as well as my sister in law who is 16. I have an associates degree in medical laboratory technology and would like to work in a hospital lab there or something similar. My husband works in IT and has a pretty extensive resume regarding different "realms" of the IT world. I would mainly just like information on how to get started, finding work before/after moving, housing, schooling etc. tia!
