Norway: Moving to GF in Bergen:

I am trying my hardest to move to live with my girlfriend in Bergen. She is a student at UiB and therefor does not make enough money for us to get married and for her to sponsor me for a residency permit. I am in my final year of undergrad graduating with 2 degrees. I am trying to apply to UiB also for a Master but a) it is difficult to get in and b) they only accept people wth degrees in hand (I graduate in May). I speak basic Norsk and am fluent in English and Spanish. How should I go about moving there?
