United Kingdom: Foreign Births Register Processing Time - how long?:

Hello, Just handed in my documents to be registered on the foreign births register today at the Embassy. They said that it could take well over 6 months to process (before Brexit it was 6 months) but weren't really able to give me an estimate. Has anyone done this in the past year and if so, how long did it take? Just curious to know. Found a forum entry from 2012 saying it took 15 days....if only! Thanks, Caroline
