Ireland: Foreign birth register:

Hi everyone, Both me and my husband Irish citizen through naturalization and indian by birth.I came to India 4months back and gave birth to my son in India. I'm planning to go back in next February. How can I get my child name entered in the foreign birth register. My husband still in Ireland can he apply there or else I need to apply in India? . what about the address proof do I need to give address proof from India or Ireland as I usually a resident in Ireland and my husband move the house since I came to India. Also I read somewhere it will take up to 6months to complete the process and get Irish passport. Please give your suggestions to proceed with our application. Many thanks
