Mexico: Help please:

I want to move to a spanish speaking country. Low budget. I have worked woth immigrints from México and heard their stories. But they are from Chiapas. Anyway. I am hispanic and latino but i am less indigenous. Probably about only 6 percent. But the typical educated person can tell because of my facial features but my skin is light but i can get tan. But i dont speak much Spanish. And i dont want to be mistaken for a Gringo either. And my mexican friends said it is bad for american citizens to go their. And he said they Will mistake me for white to get money off of me. help please.

Is Spanish in Castilla y León easier to learn (understand) than in Andalucía? And which region is generally cheaper to live?

Argentina: Help please:

I would like to move to one of these three countries. Paraguay uruguay or argentina. Preferably paraguay because i heard the spanish is understood more easily their. I reseaeched how to move to the countries. I just want advice from actual people who have done it. I would like to become a citizen of one of the countries and live permanently. I do not have money to spend on attorney's i am doing this alone.
