Guatemala: House sitters available in Atitlan region - do you want a quick break...?:

Hi there, We are Vanessa and Ian, long term travellers and professional house sitters. We have both been property owners in the past, including an off-grid island property off the coast of Panama. We are heading to Guatemala (currently in Nicaragua), and plan a couple of weeks in and around Lake Atitlan over the first couple of weeks of November. * Are you an expat, possibly with pets you can't leave alone? * Would you like a couple of days "off"?
