Guatemala: Shamanism:

I'll be visiting Lake Atitlan 3/25 thru 4/29 and would like to see if anyone can help me find a REAL, practicing Shaman . I'm not interested in touristy balloons and beads type person. This will be my first time and would like to have an real experience that I will judge all others in the future by. I would like to at minimum experience a ceremony if not participate. Thanks!

Guatemala: Lake Atilan visit:

Ok, retiring in Dec. and planning to visit Guatemala last week March and all of April 2017 to see if living there is an option. Here's my basic question. I fly in from the states to GUA. I would like to spend one week in Antigua, and four on the lake. Right now thinking two in Pana and two in Santa Cruz la Laguna . Would anyone have a suggestion in what order would be the easiest to catch my flight out of GUA when time comes? Right now I'm thinking go from GUA to Pana, then to Santa Cruz saving Antigua for last. Thoughts? Thanks in advance...I'm sure I'll be back with more questions.
