United States: Wanting to move to USA from UK NO IDEA WHERE TO START!?:

Hello, Hiring a lawyer is the best idea and the price range can vary greatly depending on the location and experience of that lawyer...From my experience the best thing to do is get married in the USA, you'll avoid a lot of headaches trying to get a Visa later on. It seems other people are just wasting time with comments about UK citizens can come and go as they please. Most UK residents can visit the USA for 90 days I think but not be a US citizen. The white comment was completely stupid and uncalled for. Yes there are some racial issues but it is actually easier to get things if you are not white, the USA has a lot of laws to benefit minority races before the majority but I do not think that a Visa is on that list. Good luck with your move, I hope you can find what you need.
