Hi, I'm single, in my early 30s, no children, speak some Spanish. I have been offered a 3-year assignment in Panama to start "early 2008". Please give info on: a) networking opportunities with locals and expats? b) whether expats can own property without citizenship or, after my assignment is done, residency.
