Any leads on long-term rental in Playa Langosta/Playa Grande/Tamarindo area. Interested in 3 bedroom condo/townhouse or home. Safe area starting in July or August. Need for a year but would consider 6 months. Relocating to CR for a year with teen.

I am looking for referrals to a real estate company/professional who can help me with long term Rentals in Playa Flamingo/Brasilito and other close by areas. Relocating with teen daughter so would like safe area with other children. I am visiting Costa Rica this week 1/28-2/2 to visit schools and would like to meet with someone to get to know the various neighborhoods.
