Panama: U.S Marine Senior:

I am moving to Panama, will live in a city, not Panama City. I am on a very restricted budget. In short, I have the need for good medical care and many Drugs. What our the benifits, if any I can receive with a Pensinatdo visa, regarding health care. I cannot afford Surgeries or cancer should that occur. I can bus to P city for specialists. I appreciate all the help you wonderful expats can offer me, as I am leaving soon and am and adventurous man. I have not a family in the USA.
